I didn't make it to Krav class last night. Hubby and I ended up working later than we planned, and I just ran out of time. I didn't want to get there really late 2 days in a row, so I thought it was better to skip instead of interrupting class again. Hopefully I won't be too far behind. My intention is to go to class tonight. Keeping my fingers crossed...
No, no! No finger crossing! Just go! Even if you are late for the class, you can at least keep up the habit of going around that time. Go jump on an elliptical or a bike...even a stair machine if you can set a steady pace for yourself. Just get in that habit of class or cardio, every weekday. You can do it!
ReplyDeleteI'm with the gal pal on no fingers crossed. Focus on yourself and make yourself the top priority in your life right now. YOU are worth it. You deserve it. And it's way past time to put yourself first for the first time in your life.
ReplyDeleteIt is so hard to create a new routine and stick with it. You are doing great so try not to deviate from it this early on. Just say sorry for interrupting and get your booty moving! ;) If you missing a class is unavoidable, just substitute on your own. Put some music on and dance your heart out at least!! :)
